Bicygnals pannier bracket for rear racks (NO LIGHTS). Allows mounting of rear Bicygnals unit where access to seat post is not possible. Fixing details similar to a Cateye bracket.  It has a single bolt with a plastic peg which are 20mm vertically separated.
