Rocking Horses fit for the Queen
The quality of work that goes in to creating these rocking horses is unquestionable, from the selection of the best kiln-dried timber (to prevent warping) and the standard of the joinery, to the hand-stitched leather tack, the real horse hair for the mane and tail and the realistic eyes. The insistence on perfection is clear.

In the early 19th century the head was traditionally extended and lowered in the racing position. Frederick Henry Aryes (1864-1940) produced many fine examples of this classic horse.
